I’m a product designer with 10+ years of experience untangling complex workflows and making them work better for the people who live in them every day. I lead with research and data, but I trust my instincts (read: knowledge on user behavior and heuristics) when the data isn’t there yet.

I’m drawn to the unglamorous problems: the dense, process-heavy surfaces that power users depend on to get things done.

When I’m not designing, I’m studying perfumery — which is either completely unrelated to my job or exactly the same thing, depending on how you feel about systems of invisible components combining to produce an experience nobody can quite articulate. Evie, my Meyer’s parrot, remains my harshest critic on both fronts.
